Here's my bottle of Oud Mostafa 4
Wax or Resin?
When I swipe just the semi-solid clumps at the bottom I still get a very aromatic OM4 smell. My guess is that in this case it is resin.
This bottle is kept with all my other stash, so it's not exposed to cold temperatures.

I find this happens more with Indo-China oils. Especially Indian and Laos oils.

Nothing to worry about. Just stick the bottle in your pocket for a bit to warm up and meld together.
