Please don’t be! Estate is nice way of saying old. And old requires lots of work renovating and modernizing and then maintaining, and the YARD work!! If I had known....

A few hundreds of rose bushes... I've just planted my very first one. :) Speaking of roses, I am amazed recently by how many of varieties are out there. And that some human created crossbreeds date back to 100s or even 1000s of years ago. The one I got is from 18'th century - rosa x damascena Blush. I wanted the Bulgarian one Kazanlik but I couldn't find it. I've been also curious about rosa moschata - Himalayan musk rose varieties, sadly I could not find anyone selling those either.
    Well, maybe next year. :)
