Maybe I'm the last one to find out but it looks like white lotus aromatics is no longer going to keep doing business. I don't know what kind of experiences you guys have had but to me that company was instrumental in launching my obsession and interest in the world of sandalwood, agarwood, and related mysteries. I dont know if you've seen his fragrant harvest blog but that is also an amazing resource. I somehow feel like this business just closing is not really an adequate ending to an era of great support to novice perfumers. The world will not be the same. I am truly saddened.

They made an announcement - sent out to customers. They are selling out all their stock pretty quickly so if there's anything you want there you should probably go grab it. some kind of a general discount about 20% I think

It's too bad someone didn't get mentored by them and then carry on the business. It really does serve a vital function. I haven't found a replacement.

Unfamiliar with them. What is their business segment or niche? From website it looks like lots of essential oils? Is this a website a perfumer would use to get naturals?

If you look deeper they have a long history of travel blogging in relation to perfume materials of natural origin. They were one of the first US companies to really dig into the fragrance market in India and bring back high-quality attars and oils. If you had an interest in natural perfumery over the last 20 years, you would have been steered to them eventually. Mecca for someone who is interested in sandalwood jasmine Rose especially special distillations traditional ruhs... Just amazing collection of stuff presented by this guy over the years. By far the nicest sandalwood I've ever encountered came from them. I'll kinds of carbon dioxide extracts and different absolutes. Just amazing. Occasionally I think some questionable materials would get in their inventory but only rarely.
