How's the smell for these two?
just now started heating Hoi An, didn't try the Brunei yet.
honey sweet aroma with citrus tones i would say, tiny bitterness hiding there..
personally i find it similar to some cambodi i have in a way and not close to it in some other ways, thats mostly on 120c
at 150c i find the honey notes stronger than it were at 120c the bitterness seem to be faded and citrus notes still there
i need more time with it to be honest, i still need to try it at higher heat and charcoal too.
