kyara incense sticks

Does anyone else here use digital heater to heat high quality incense sticks rather then light them up? Much better scent in the air.
I have tried heating sticks, but I am not hooked on that method. I like how burning a stick creates an explosion of aroma, but along with that…is smoke☹️
It is however, another good way to enjoy sticks, and can reveal the ingredients within.

To take this further…..
the ingredients of a stick can make it more
or less of a candidate for heating instead
of burning. Certain recipes will do well heated, but with others, you will totally
be missing-out without the burn.
I guess the best thing to do, is to try each batch of sticks both ways, and see which way is preferred.

If you're going to be heating the sticks, then why not heat straight agarwood? Dollar for dollar, you can get higher quality of the agarwood for the same price.

that is not the case for kyara incense sticks vs kyara wood. For example, an ok quality cultivated kyara can range 700usd/gram and 10grams of kyara incense sticks about 220$ ;) and I gotta say for some strange reason the sticks provide more explosive aroma when heated even at higher temps.

Cultivated kyara wood is anywhere from 5-20 usd. 700 per gram is the wild kyara price.
that is what people are led to believe. 15years old cultivated kyara sells for at least 1000-1200/gram. you may be talking about 1yr old kyara. a lot of sellers sell cultivated in the 50$ price range for 400/g. sad but true. real wild quality kyara can sell at auctions for 1000euros for just .4g Ive seen it even crazier at .035g for 120,000yen!!!

I sell cultivated Kinam from China , 10$ per gram and the trees are 7 years old
I also have some sinking grade at 20$ A gram and both types have an incredible burn time on electric heater
