Burn Camphor With Agarwood Chips

Does anyone else burn/ heat camphor along with agarwood chips ?
I usually burn Borneo camphor with wood chips and it intensifies the aromas by adding green mentholic notes which we are after

Yes I do! and it also masks the foul / fecal aspects of some agarwood.

What are your recommended sources for camphor?

I don’t know of online sources, however I get mine from a local Japanese incense store in San Francisco. Most of the camphor of Indian origin is good as well which is used for Hindu prayer rituals. There are some available on amazon

That bag looks funny - what is the brown goo / oil? The natural Borneo’s I got from yamada matsu is dry flakey brown crystals.

It’s empty bag , some of the left over camphor evaporated and left the residue in the bag
