Brother, what misleading information are you keep repeating?Bismillaahi ar-Rahmani ar-Rahim,
You can try and try everytime again to talk about the issue with sending back the products, but i repeated more then once, and i will again:
It's not about sending back the goods, its about the misleading information on the pages of Ameen Aroma and in the e-mail contact's with the representative.
It's all about that, since that's the essence of this whole problem, which has disadvantaged many customers.
Why don't you just respond substantively to my message, instead of constantly beating around the bush and trying to give the impression that you are the victim.
I proved my point with more then one evidence
And for convenience I will list these points:
-false information about products on the website
-false information via emails
-several people on this forum complaining about the exact same bad experience (misleading information on the website etc.)
If you suggest that I am not being honest, then come with clear evidence like i do, instead of empty talk.
Our contact is open and we always respond to all our customers in a timely manner. Even for yourself.
We are even in this forum for feedback.
Beating around the bush? Brother we quoted on the real facts , we even quoted you accordingly.
Your points
False information on products? - They are not suited to your liking makes them false? SubahanAllah.
False information via email? - We did respond to your email and even accepted your returns - false information?
I suggest you come clean and honest too. No vendor will agree on a 4 months return policy. Especially with skin application items. It's yourself who brought up the non return policy and go about saying quote: to buy from people that have a good reputation of quality an honesty
