I have a high grade srilankan oil that exhibits this facet. A very clear note in the opening.

Another would be an irian oil which has that sort of damp muskiness that reminds one of alleys where people smoke up.

i just ordered 40 more grams of this wood and will be extracting the resin with grain alcohol so that i can pinpoint the aroma of the oil without the burning wood smell that comes with heating. when i was in highschool we used to experiment with maryjane. hashish was much more incensy, this wood brought back memories and dejavu. i am still shocked to a point that i am thinking that the wood just happens to have identical aromatic oils through some freak accident in nature or the hashish i remember had been laced with papau that happens to be the same as this one lmao.

Jokes aside, that sounds like Papua.....a piece of some ancient world.

also, it is very strange that the wood was very light colored almost grayish white with some light lines of redish brownish resin visible when i grinded the wood......yet the tincture is the darkest color of all the tinctures i have made with agarwood...almost blackish green in color
